Ordinary georgette is light and fine and falls close to the body. \u003cstrong\u003eHeavy georgette has more weight in the yarn\u003c\/strong\u003e, so it hangs with authority rather than fluttering — the fall is deeper, the drape holds its line, and it carries embroidery without the fabric puckering under the weight of the work.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThat last point is why it is used here. A fine georgette under this much embroidery would pull out of shape; a heavier cloth takes it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eBlue, in a range that is mostly black\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMost of our Luxe Edit is black.
