EXCHANGE POLICY

  • -In case of Returns reverse pickup will be charged from buyer. The customer will have to send the parcel back to us after only final acceptance of return communicated via seller through WhatsApp or email. 
  • -In case of Exchange, the customer will have to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost of to.

Exchange Shipping

For approved exchange requests:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to StudioJazz.
  • The customer will bear the shipping charges for sending the product to us.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Products that have been used, altered, washed, stained, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Natural variations in colour, texture, embroidery, weaving, or handcrafted detailing are not considered defects and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • StudioJazz reserves the right to accept or reject any return or exchange request after inspection of the product and submitted evidence.
