PAYMENT POLICY

We do not provide refunds monetarily. Refunds are only given in the form of Store Credit. Store Credit is the amount of refund given back to the customer in the form of a coupon code. This store credit has one year validity and can be fully redeemed against the value of your future orders.
·         The customer is responsible for the return shipping or reverse pickup charges.

·         Products should be sent back only after receiving confirmation from StudioJazz via WhatsApp or email.

·         Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
