At StudioJazz, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 working hours after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders with a cart value of ₹3,000 or above.

• For prepaid orders below ₹3,000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• A flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• COD Available only up to Rs 6000 value product.

Delivery Timeline

• Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are correct while placing your order. StudioJazz will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
