This is a 2-piece set: shirt and bottom. There is no dupatta. We say that plainly because most of our suits are three pieces and we don't want you assuming.

Why this one is different from an ordinary suit

On a regular embroidered suit, the work is already fixed to the cloth and your tailor cuts around wherever it happens to fall. Here the layout is planned first. You tell us your height, whether you want a short or long slit, and how much flare — and the work is placed after that, to suit the garment you're actually going to wear.

That is the whole point of a Luxe Edit piece, and it's why it takes longer and why it can't be resold.

About the fabric

Georgette is lightweight with a matte, slightly crinkled surface and real drape — it falls rather than holds a shape. In black, with embroidery over it, it reads formal without being stiff.

Who this is for

Evening functions, receptions, anywhere black is the right answer. It's a considered piece rather than a seasonal one.

• Dispatch: 7 working days. The work is done to your order, not picked off a shelf.
• Prepaid only. No Cash on Delivery. A customised piece can't be resold if a delivery is refused, which is why we can't offer COD on it.
• No returns or exchanges. This is made to your own measurements and specification, so it can't go back into stock. If there's a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or we send the wrong thing, that route is unchanged — see the FAQ.
• Delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch, with a tracking link.

Care

Dry clean only. Georgette distorts if hand washed and wrung, and the embroidery won't take it. Never iron over the embroidery — press from the reverse with a cloth in between.

What does "made to your specification" mean?

You give us your height, your slit preference (short or long) and how much flare you want. The embroidery is then placed to suit that garment, rather than being pre-fixed and cut around.

What size can it be stitched to?

Up to 6XL.

How long does it take?

Dispatch in 7 working days, because the work is done to your order. Then 3–7 business days for delivery within India.

Can I order this for a wedding date?

Message us with the date before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it can be done in time.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No. This piece is prepaid only. Because it's made to your specification, we can't resell it if a delivery is refused.

Can I return or exchange it?

No. Customised orders can't be returned or exchanged — they're made to your own specification and can't go back into stock. Claims for a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or the wrong item being sent are unaffected: email a 360° unboxing video to care@studiojazzldh.com within 24 hours of delivery. Approved claims are settled as store credit valid 12 months.

How do I clean it?

Dry clean only. Never iron directly over the embroidery.
