What patch work is
Pieces of fabric cut to shape and stitched onto the base cloth, building a pattern in layers rather than in thread. It is closely related to applique, and it gives the same raised, tactile surface β you can feel the edges of each piece under your fingers.
On sheer organza the effect is unusual: the patches are opaque where the ground is see-through, so the pattern reads as solid shapes floating on transparency. That contrast is the whole point of doing patch work on organza rather than on cotton.
White on white
There is no colour contrast here, so the design depends entirely on texture, layering and shadow. That is a harder thing to make well than a coloured print, and it is unforgiving β on white, poor edges show.
Said plainly: organza is not a cooling fabric
You will see organza sold as breathable summer wear. It isn't. Organza is crisp, sheer and tightly woven, and it holds its shape β that structure is what makes it beautiful and exactly why it does not breathe.

Stitching is a separate service, charged on top of the fabric price. Organza is sheer, so most customers have the shirt lined β on a white suit the lining colour matters more than usual, since it shows through. Agree it with your tailor, and show them where the patches sit before cutting.
Stitched orders take 7β15 working days before dispatch.
Care
Dry clean only. Organza needs it, patch work edges lift in a home wash, and white shows every mark a bad wash leaves behind.
Never iron over the patch work. Press the plain organza on a low setting from the reverse. Store folded with a cloth layer β organza creases set hard and patch edges catch on other fabrics.
